The much-anticipated gaming smartphone has been launched by Asus and the device is dubbed Asus ROG Phone 3, the company unveiled the device via an online event and it will available in the market of India next month. The company has launched the new smartphone with the power of newly announced the Snapdragon flagship chipset and it is also coming with the new system to make the device cool even while the long duration giving period. Specifications of Asus ROG Phone 3

It sports a 6.59-inch full-HD+ 2.5D AMOLED display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution along with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and the same also features a 144Hz refresh rate as well as 270Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ support. The display is also coming with the protection of Gorilla Glass 6 and has a TUV Low Blue Light solution as well as a Flicker Reduction-certified technology for eye comfort. The smartphone is powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus SoC, along with Adreno 650 GPU and 8/12GB LPDDR5 RAM. In terms of storage, the device comes with 128 GB and 256 GB of internal storage.

Moving to the photography department, the newly launched Asus ROG Phone 3 features a triple rear camera setup and that’s in the combination of a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture followed by a 13-megapixel secondary sensor with a 125-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and a 5-megapixel tertiary sensor with an f/2.0 macro lens. The smartphone is also coming with a 24-megapixel front facing camera.

The smartphone rocks GameCool 3 heat dissipating system with a redesigned copper 3D vapour chamber and a larger graphite film and the same also features AirTrigger 3 ultrasonic buttons along with dual front-firing speakers which is backed by ROG GameFX and Dirac HD Sound technologies. There is also Hi-Res audio support, and the same also comes with a clip-on AeroActive Cooler 3 accessory that has a kickstand and built-in fan which is meant to reduce the temperature by up to 4-degree Celsius.

Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, USB Type-C, and a 48-pin side port. The smartphone supports an in-display fingerprint scanner along with the face unlock to provide extra layer of security and it also has quad microphones with Asus Noise Reduction technology.

The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at ₹49,999, while the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option carries a price tag of ₹57,999. Asus smartphone will go on sale in the country through Flipkart starting August 6 at 12am IST.

Alongside the ROG Phone 3, the smartphone unveiled a ROG Kunai 3 Gamepad at ₹9,999, TwinView Dock 3 costs ₹19,999, Mobile Desktop Dock 2 at ₹12,999, a Neon Aero Case at ₹1,999, and a Lightning Armor Case at ₹2,999.

The company has also launched a ROG Clip that will allow you to connect the phone to a PlayStation 4, Xbox, or Stadia controller and that cost ₹1,999. The ROG Cetra Headset was launched at ₹7,699, the ROG Cetra Core priced at ₹3,999, and the AeroActive Cooler ₹2,999.
