The new smartphone from Asus bears a model number I003DD and is rumoured to be the Rog Phone 3. Starting from the geekbench listing and WiFi certification, confirming the existence of the phone, now we have quite a few details about it. The smartphone will feature a 6.59-inch display coupled with a massive 5,800 mAh battery. In addition, the new model will also support 5G connectivity in both SA/NSA versions. The other known details are its dimensions which are 171 x 78 x 9.85 mm.

Along with this, we have a couple of other features leaked, thanks to the geekbench listing. According to those leaks, Asus Rog Phone 3 will be powered an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 865. The clock speed touches 3 GHz, which could also mean the processor is the yet to be launched Snapdragon 865+. If that is the case, Rog Phone 3 might be one of the first phones with the new chipset. It also broke the AnTuTu benchmarking score record by touching 64,6310 points. The smartphone will feature 512 GB of UFS 3.0 storage coupled with 16 GB of RAM. It will run Android 10 out of the box. The charging speed is also tipped to be of 30 Watts. The rear camera setup comes with three cameras and the primary camera is a 64-megapixel one. The selfie camera details point to a 13-megapixel snapper.
To add to the competition, Lenovo is bringing their Legion smartphone which is expected to feature 90 Watts charging and 144 Hz refresh rate. The gaming smartphone industry has changed a lot and is now the definition of maxed out specs.
