At MWC event early in this year, BlackBerry launched its Android powered device called BlackBerry KEYone. And now the company has launched the device in India, but the has launched in the country with the Limited Edition Black colour.

Just a refresher of the device, The BlackBerry KEYone is packed with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 625 octa core processor clocked at 2.0Ghz, the GPU is Adreno 506. It sports 4.5 inch display with (1620 x 1080 pixels resolution) IPS LCD Display with 3:2 aspect ratio carrying DPI of 434 pixels per inch, for protection it has Gorilla Glass 4 on top. It has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage with expandable storage upto 2 TB via microSD card.
It has 12MP Sony IMX378 Rear Camera with PDAF, 1.55 micron pixels, f/2.0 lens and Dual Tone LED flash. There will be an 8MP front facing camera. It has 3505 mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0. It runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box with BlackBerry’s own skin.
The device supports dual SIM with 4G connectivity, and the device also has fingerprint scanner for your security. It also features BlackBerry’s DTEK app for security purpose will also be there along with BlackBerry hub.
Now coming to the built of the phone which is the USP of BlackBerry phones. This KEYone will also have they physical Qwerty keypads. This time BlackBerry has gone with the shortcuts with Alphabets. Like if you want to access Facebook app then just type ‘F’, or if you want to go for Camera than click on ‘C’. The back of the phone is soft textured with anodised aluminium frame.
Another thing will be worthy to mention is, the device is the last one which is designed by BlackBerry. All the devices from BlackBerry in future, will be manufactured by TCL.
