Let’s start with the pricing and availability details, the device has a price tag of $199.99 and it will be available from July 24. The latest Garmin CIRQA screenless smart band features small and lightweight design. The case of the device is made of fiber-reinforced polymer.
The device features 14mm quick-release fabric bands, and the Garmin CIRQA Screenless Smart Band comes with up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge.
It also comes with a continuous heart rate monitor, a Pulse Ox sensor for measuring blood oxygen, and an accelerometer. The device is capable to monitor heart rate variability (HRV), breathing rate, skin temperature, and stress. The device also keeps sleep stages and naps. For women’s health tracking, the the device supports overnight skin temperature sensor that offers past ovulation estimates. All the information will sync with the FDA-cleared Natural Cycles app, though using that app requires a separate subscription.
The device also comes with the capability of automatically detecting basic movements like walking and running. The device can also monitor and edit these logs in the Garmin Connect app, and the device will use those corrections to classify activities better over time.
It uses Connected GPS, which means you need to pair the device with iOS or Android phone. This connection will help you to track distance and location on outdoor runs or bike rides. The device also supports VO2 Max, Training Readiness, and Recovery Time, and it includes a wheelchair mode for tracking pushes rather than steps.
The device is available in two sizes (S-M and L-XL) and you can purchase the device in Black, Captain Blue, French Gray, and Mauve colour options.
