The search engine giant Google has updated that the company is collaborating with Apple for unknown trackers and the announcement cave at the Google I/O developer conference 2023 keynote. The company is introducing two new updates to its Find My Device.
With the new implementation to the Find My Device, it will start alerting its users if an unknown device such as an Apple AirTag or a Tile device is seen following them. The update will be arriving later this summer.
Google is also introducing the support to find and locate other devices of its users including headphones, tablets, smartwatches, and other such devices, even when they are offline. It is also expected to be announced later this year.
It is also suggested that the company will also offer support for Bluetooth trackers from other brands like Pebblebee, Tile, and Chipolo along with support for certain audio devices including Google’s own Pixel Buds and headphones from JBL and Sony.
