Google Assistant is now accessed by all Android 6.0+ smartphones. The Google Assistant is now available in Play Store for Android smartphones.
Google has planned to increase its Google Assistant users around worldwide. This was the first step Google took to get on all smartphones. Google Assistant is now available in Play Store as an app for all users. The smartphone which has already preinstalled Google Assistant is no need to download this application. This application is similar to the one we use in Android Nougat and Oreo devices.
By downloading this application Google Assistant can now be accessed by a simple shortcut on the home screen and it gives all the functionality similar to the Google Assistant in Nougat and Oreo installed phones.
Google is trying to integrate Google Assistant in all the future device for futuristic purposes. This may be a strategy to compete with Amazon’s Alexa which is now emerging to smartphones. Google will also update all its feature to be the number one virtual assistant provider in future with all the impossible features nowadays.
