Google has introduced the support for satellite connectivity in the latest Android 15 operating system and now it seems that the Mountain View company Google is gearing up to expand the availability of satellite connectivity in its very useful application dubbed the Google Messages. The source has said that they were able to activate the satellite connectivity feature in Google Messages and the source says that once the capability rolls out, you will be getting a pop-up within the application when you lose connection.
It is also said that the application will ask you if you want to connect to a satellite to send and receive messages on the board. It is worth mentioning that the application will not support all features. It is reported that individual chats will be working with satellite power. However, group messages will not support satellite connectivity on Google Messages.
The satellite connectivity is currently limited with telecom operator in the United States but we believe that Google will join hands with more partners and bring separate connectivity across the globe very soon.
