The search engine giant Google offers ‘feature drop’ for its new as well as old Pixel devices and that brings new features as well as other functionalities to the devices. The new update for the Pixels brings background blur, Duo calls, rejects robocalls, and also offers the very popular and super cool Google Recorder app for the older Pixels. Let’s start with the background blur feature, it will available in Google Photos and the feature will blur the background in your photo and this will also available on the old Pixel devices as well. That’s not all, now you guys can able to blur the background in Duo video calls as well and it will also available on the second and third generation Pixel devices along with the fresh ones. Having said that, the latest edition of Google Pixel devices i.e. Pixel 4 series will also get the zoom in your face option in the Google Duo video calling and it will also allow you to track the movement.
Duo features not finished yet, the company has enabled the 90Hz refresh rate during the video calls and the company has also implemented machine learning to tackle unwanted noise in a bad connection. Furthermore, the Mountain View company Google has also used artificial intelligence to tackle robocalls, as the company has implemented a new feature in Google Pixel 4 series and that will reject unknown callers automatically and this will work offline which means no need to connect with Wi-Fi or mobile data.
The all new feature drop will also improve memory management for all the Pixel devices and the new Pixel 4 series will get the new Google Assistant for those users to set language English in Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and Ireland. Lastly, some new features are also making way to the old Pixel devices and now old Pixels owners can able to download the new Google Recorder app. Moreover, the third generation Pixel devices will get Live Caption feature and the second generation Pixel devices will get the Flip to Shh feature.
