Google showcased its first tablet called the Google Pixel Tablet last year and now new details of the device has been shared by Android researcher and tipster Kuba Wojciechowski and the same reveals that the company will unveil only one version of the tablet, and the Pro version has been cancelled.
It is tipped that the upcoming Google Pixel Tablet will be powered by the Tensor G2 chip along with 8 GB of Samsung LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of Kioxia UFS storage. The device will offer a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
I have also been provided with a few photos of the device. pic.twitter.com/ctKWQoVDCT

The newly leaked images of the pre-production unit of the Google Pixel Tablet has also been shared by the tipster. It is revealing that the device will support 2560 X 1600 pixels resolution and the display of the device will be supplied by China Star Optoelectronics (CSOT) and is backed by a Richtek RT4539 six-channel LED driver, which is typically used for backlighting LCD panels. Well, that means the device will not feature an AMOLED screen.
It is also reported that the company will be offering the device with two kinds of docks for the Pixel Tablet. The Korlan / K6 dock will come equipped with a speaker, whereas the Yuzu / Y4 dock will support charging.
We recommend you to take it with a pinch of salt, as there is no official confirmation about the upcoming tablet.
