The Chinese brand Huawei’s sub-brand already unveiled a couple of devices in this month i.e. Honor 10, and Honor Play 7. Well, today the company has launched another smartphone called Honor 7S. Having said that, this is not a new smartphone but it is the re-branded Honor Play 7.
As I mentioned above that the Honor 7S is the re-branded Honor Play 7, it has the exact same design, specs, and software. The Honor 7S sports 5.45 inch HD+ display with 1440 X 720 pixels resolution and 2.5D curved glass atop, along with 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is powered by 1.5 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6739 processor and paired with 2 GB RAM, along with PowerVR GE8100 GPU. In terms of storage, the device has 16 GB of internal storage and can be expandable upto 256 GB via microSD card.
Speaking about the camera department, the device has 13 megapixel rear camera with PDAF and LED flash, along with 5 megapixel front facing camera with flash. In terms of connectivity, the device supports dual Nano SIM with 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5 mm headphone jack, and micro USB. The smartphone runs on Android Oreo 8.1 which is based on EMUI 8.1, and backed on 3,020 mAh battery.
Talking about the pricing and availability, the device has the price tag of PKR 14,499 (approx. ₹8,420) and the device will be available in Pakistan but there is no information about the availability of the device in other parts of the world.
