It comes with popular health related features including 24/7 heart rate tracking, SpO₂ measurement, stress detection, advanced sleep analysis, and menstrual cycle tracking. The device also supports Honor’s AI-powered heart health engine.
The device also features a “Morning Health Briefing” that summarizes your core health data every day. The device also supports 96 workout modes, including 11 pro-level sports and 85 customizable activities. The device comes with up to 14 days of battery life.
