It is reported that the upcoming Honor GT 2 is undergoing A/B testing on two Qualcomm chipsets — the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (SM8750) and a new Snapdragon chip with model number SM8845.
While the Honor GT 2 Pro model is said to come with the power of the next generation Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 (SM8850) and the processor will be official in September.
The upcoming Honor GT 2 and GT 2 Pro are tipped to come with a 6.7-inch 1.5K LTPS OLED flat screen with a 2.5D profile and they will be a durable metal frame. The Pro model is also expected to feature a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
It is expected that the company will be using a large battery in the upcoming smartphone series.
