iQOO is working on the upcoming flagship smartphone called the iQOO 16 and the device was expected to be announced in October. However, today we got a new report about the launch of the device and it says that the device will be launched earlier than the expected timeline. Digital Chat Station says that the company will be launching the next flagship lineup in September and it is expected to be among the first products to feature the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 flagship processor.
The device was previously reported to come with a 6.85-inch 2K+ display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It is expected to feature the next-generation Samsung display technology and the device will come with a flat design.
It is expected to feature a new rear design along with a small square camera module placed in the upper-left corner. The device is expected to come with a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor and an F1.68 aperture; a 50MP ultra-wide camera along with an F2.0 aperture, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with a larger 1/1.95-inch sensor and an F2.65 aperture.
