During the latest event, the Chinese telecommunication giant Huawei has introduced a new operating system called HarmonyOS 2.0 and the same is a rival of the popular Android operating system. The latest operating system of the Chinese company will power Smartphones and Tablets and the same is introduced to overcome the challenges which were caused after the ban in 2019.

The Trump administration banned Huawei in 2019 due to security concerns and the life of the company was difficult as there were many restrictions in the tech world but the Chinese giant overcame all of them and now it has introduced HarmonyOS 2.0 operating system which means the company will now not depend on the Android operating system.

Features of HarmonyOS 2.0

The operating system is coming with lots of cool features and that includes Super Service Widgets and the same will bring added functionalities to the standard widgets. It will also enable users to do tasks using just the widget of an app instead of opening the app itself. The operating system also features a Control Center which will make things easier to access and control all connected devices or supported devices in range. It is also coming with a Task Center which will enable users to assign tasks to various devices such as from a tablet to a phone and vice versa.

HarmonyOS 2.0 is also coming with a new font with an adjustable thickness, cross-device clipboard function, and multi-camera mix which will allow users to combine footage from the cameras of nearby devices when recording a video to provide you with different angles.

Moreover, it is also said that the latest HarmonyOS 2 is secure and has been awarded the EAL 4+ certification for security.
