As expected, today iQOO has launched its smartphone in the market of India and the device is dubbed as iQOO 3 5G which was in the headlines from the past couple of days as the company continuously teased the device. The smartphone also becomes the second 5G enabled device in the market of India and it is also coming with both the 4G as well as 5G variants. Specifications of iQOO 3 5G
The smartphone features a 6.44-inch full-HD+ super AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution and the same sports punch hole setup, it also supports HDR 10+ as well as the same offers a 91.40 percent screen-to-body ratio and Schott Xensation UP protective layer. It has a pixel density of 409ppi and has a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by the latest and greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and paired with 8/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM (12GB RAM variant is for the 5G) along with Adreno 650 GPU. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 128/256 GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Moving to the camera details, the iQOO 3 5G rocks quad camera setup and the same is in the combination of a 48 MP primary sensor + 13 MP telephoto lens + 13 MP wide-angle lens + 2 MP bokeh sensor, the smartphone also features 16 MP front camera sensor with f/2.45 aperture. The smartphone also supports an in-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock and the device also comes game centric features such as Game Center, and Ultra Game Mode. Moreover, the smartphone supports pressure-sensitive shoulder buttons on the sides for more immersive gaming experience and 4D vibration feedback.
Regarding the connectivity options, the iQOO 3 5G supports 5G, Dual 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/A-GPS, and USB Type-C port. The smartphone runs Android 10 with the iQoo UI 1.0 on top and the same packs on 4,400 mAh battery with 55W Super FlashCharge technology.
Pricing and availability
The 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage (4G) is priced at ₹36,990, while the 8+GB RAM + 256 GB storage (4G) will cost ₹39,990, and the high-end 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage (5G) will be yours for ₹44,990. The smartphone will go on sale from 4th March at 12 pm on iQOO.com and Flipkart.
