iQOO has officially introduced the latest mobile gaming controller dubbed the iQOO G1 in China and it will be available from November 4th. The device has a price tag of 499 yuan. Specifications of iQOO G1 gaming controller
The newly announced iQOO G1 gaming controller comes with a telescopic design that extends up to 211mm to accommodate smartphones and smaller tablets. The device also features two sets of interchangeable magnetic grips, including compact grips for portability and larger grips for a console-like gaming experience.
It also features Hall effect joysticks and linear triggers for precise control and reduced stick drift. It is also revealed that the joysticks are rated for 5 million uses and it also come with three interchangeable thumbstick cap options. The device also supports micro-switch ABXY buttons, a tactile D-pad, and two customizable shoulder buttons (L4 and R4) for mapping different in-game actions.
The device also supports USB-C to get connected and the device supports 15W pass-through charging. The latest iQOO G1 gaming controller requires iQOO Game Space and Game Magic Box software to customize shoulder buttons, adjust joystick dead zones, and configure rapid-fire settings.
It is currently compatible with the iQOO 16, iQOO Neo 12, iQOO Pad Ultra, and iQOO Pad Pro 8.8-inch, running OriginOS 7 or later. The company offers the device in a single Cool Black colour option.
