JBL has officially introduced the latest JBL Bar MK2 series of soundbars with Dolby Atmos and up to 11.1.4 channels. You will also get 2470W output, among others. So here are the full details.

The latest JBL Bar MK2 series of soundbars includes five models, starting from the entry-level Bar 300MK2 and going up to the flagship Bar 1300MK2. Let’s start with JBL Bar MK2 Dolby Atmos soundbars, the device features 11.1.4 channels, and it offers up to 2470W of peak power output. The device also comes with dual 8-inch compact subwoofers and two detachable rear surround speakers. It supports the standalone Bluetooth connectivity. The device will be available from October 2025 with a price tag of $1,699.95.
The Other four models of JBL will be available starting this month and let’s talk about the JBL Bar 1000MK2 that comes with a 7.1.4 channel setup, a 10-inch wireless subwoofer, and detachable rear speakers. The device also comes with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X 3D audio, with a peak power output of 960W. The device also features PureVoice 2.0 and MultiBeam technology 3.0. The device comes with a price tag of $1,199.
While the JBL Bar 700MK2 comes with a 7.1 channel setup and the device shares the same detachable speaker design. That device also features a 10-inch subwoofer and it offers up to 780W. The device supports virtualized Dolby Atmos only and it is available for $899.
The Bar 500MK2 model features a 5.1 channel setup and the device comes with a 10-inch subwoofer. It also supports 750W of output and the device is priced at $649. The latest Bar 300MK2 features a 5.0 channel configuration and 450W of output. It does not include a subwoofer or detachable components, and the device has a price tag of $449.
The entire series will support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, and Roon Ready streaming. The soundbars can be managed through the JBL One app.
