JBL has officially introduced its new Bluetooth speaker called the JBL GO 5 and it features a small form factor along with colorful look. The latest Bluetooth speaker features a block-like shape.
The device is available in Black, Red, Sky Blue, Pink, Orange, and Deep Blue (Cloisonne) colour options. The device also features WINK ambient lighting and the Bluetooth speaker comes with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
JBL has introduced the new JBL GO 5 has been tuned by the Harman Acoustics team. Output power and the same is rated at 4.8W RMS along with a 45mm driver and the device also features a frequency response range of 100 Hz to 19 kHz (-6dB), with a signal-to-noise ratio above 85 dB.
The latest JBL GO 5 features Bluetooth 6.0 along with SBC, AAC, and LC3 codecs. The device also supports Bluetooth AURACAST along with an AirTouch one-touch pairing function as well.
With two units of this speaker then it will automatically connect to form a stereo pair and multiple speakers can also be wirelessly linked together. The device also supports direct USB-C connection to a computer and includes a built-in DAC chip.
The device houses a large 1000mAh lithium-ion battery that can offer up to 8 hours of music playback with lights off. The device is currently available for pre-order in China for 399 yuan.
