The battle of budget earphones is getting tougher and if you’re in a search of one such product, this review is for you. The JBL T100a has been promising with it’s decent reviews and ratings online. So we’ve decided to get you the review of the earphone after using it for quite some days.

The eraphone is basically in the ear canalphone type and the build quality looks decent and mediocre. The earshells and button shells are completely made up of plastic but still it gives a decent touch with low weight. It comes with a standard 3.5mm axial jack while a 8mm driver powering the earphone. It also has a single button control to pause/play the music and to attend/cut calls along with an inline microphone. Overall the build looks okay but comparing with the likes of Audio Technica clr100 it definitely has a better build quality than the latter.

Moving to the performance, the earphone sounds great. The 8mm drivers produce a near to Crystal clear sound with high sensitivity. JBL markets this as a bass heavy headphone, so we did expect some pure bass from this guy and it didn’t disappoint us. The earphone has deep bass than any other earphones in this price range but it never felt like boomy. That said the extra bass doesn’t affect the highs and lows of the accoustics and the midtones are punchy clear enough.

Even after using it for hours, you’ll not feel like fatiguing or the sense of irritation as the earphone is so light wieghted. Thanks to the plastic build of the earshells. Overall the JBL t100a is one of the best earphones one can get under 1000 bucks with an amazing overall experience.
For whom: Music lovers, Gamers, Middle agers
Not for whom: Flat music lovers and Elders, as the e xtra bass might annoy them.
This earphone is being sold in different colours at Flipkart and Amazon for different prices. We prefer it to buy during the shopping festival on the respective sites as you can easily get it for 600-700₹.
