The newly announced JioMotive is basically a Plug-n-Play device and the same can be connected to any car’s OBD-II port which is usually available under the steering wheel. The device is capable of offering real time vehicle tracking feature and you will get the service 24/7 using the JioThings app.
It also supports Geo-Fencing and Time Fencing and the device comes with Jio SIM Only which means your primary Jio smartphone plan will get extended to your JioMotive as well. The device will also help you to monitor your vehicle health with 100s of DTC alerts.
The device will also provided driver behaviour analysis and the information will be available on the dedicated application. The device also comes with in-car Wi-Fi, towing, tampering and accident alerts, speed tracking, 10-second latency features as well.
It is worth mentioning that the device will be available for free subscription in the first year and then you need to make a payment of Rs 599.
