A few months ago, TRAI released the Draft Telecom Consumer Protection and it was asking for voice-and-SMS-only packs across all validity periods, this will be beneficient for those who don’t want data.
Now, TRAI asked for feedback on the above-mentioned draft for approval. It is reported that major brands including Jio, Bharti Airtel and Vi have strongly opposed this proposal.
