The Indian smartphone brand Lava has introduced its latest 5G smartphones in the country called the Lava Storm Play and the Lava Storm Lite. In this article, we will be discussing about the latest Lava Storm Play and it is the world’s first smartphone to come with the power of the new MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset and also the first phone to feature LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage under Rs 10000 in the country. Everything about Lava Storm Play
The newly announced Lava Storm Play features a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device has the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chip, which can reach an AnTuTu score above 500,000. The device also comes with 6GB RAM (expandable by another 6GB virtually) and 128GB storage. The device houses a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging solution.
Speaking about the camera department, the device has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX752 sensor along with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and an 8-megapixel front camera.
The latest Lava Storm Play runs on Android 15 without any advertisement and bloatware. The device is confirmed to receive one OS upgrade and two years of security updates. It also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, USB-C, IP64 water and dust resistance, and a single speaker setup.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest Lava Storm Play is priced at Rs 9,999 and will be available from 19th June and the device will be available exclusively through Amazon.
