Thanks to the reliable tipster Evan Blass for sharing the renders, we can see that the device features a matching mouse with a light strip along with some other accessories. The device is expected to be available for pre-orders from September 21.
It is reported that the laptop measures roughly 341.1 × 236 × 16 mm and weighs about 1.29 kg. The device also features a “Glowbar” indicator on the lid that shows battery and charging status. The device features a 15.3-inch display with 2880 × 1800 pixels resolution and it has the OLED touchscreen panel with a 120 Hz refresh rate along with hits 500 nits peak brightness, and covers the full DCI-P3 color gamut.
The device also features a 5 MP facial recognition camera with a physical privacy shutter. The device also has a keyboard deck with a large 150 × 95 mm haptic-feedback touchpad along with a backlit keyboard with a dedicated Google “G” key sitting between the Fn and Alt keys.
It is expected to come with the power of an Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor along with either 16 GB or 32 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of SSD storage. It supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4, and the device houses a 70 Wh battery is rated for up to 11 hours of use. The device includes dual Thunderbolt 4, one USB-A 3.2, HDMI 2.0, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. It also features a four-speaker system.
