Lenovo is in its full pace to showcase their premium devices at CES 2019 event. They unveiled a lot of gadgets under their Legion Line-up, which is a popular gaming line-up. But there is another popular line-up of Lenovo who’s products are showcased at the event.

We are talking about the ThinkPad series. This is a popular series for business oriented users. ThinkPad notebooks usually have almost everything a business professional needs. Be it power, look, user experience, and what not. So now let’s look at what Lenovo has to offer under their ThinkPad series in 2019.

1. Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga (4th Gen):

This is the 4th generation notebook of the ThinkPad X1 Yoga. It has aluminium built, more sleeker, and more lighter design. It has one of the best keyboard experience on any laptop with good security levels and encryption. And that is the USP of ThinkPad series i.e. keyboard and security. It has 14 inch display with options of Full HD IPS panel with touchscreen and 300 nits brightness, WQHD IPS pane with touchscreen and 300 nits brightness, and 4k IPS panel with HDR and 500 nits brightness.

Regarding internals, it has 8th Gen Intel processors, core i7-8750H is there for sure but don’t know about core i5-8300H. It had up to 16GB of LPDDR3 RAM and up to 2TB PCIe SSD. For basic graphical tasks it has Intel UHD integrated GPU. It runs on Windows 10 Pro, which is a plus point for business user. This notebook has almost all the required ports like 2 Thunderbolt 3 ports. On audio, it has Dolby Atmos and 4 mics. It’s very lightweight at just 3.1 pounds (1.4kg).

2. Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon:

This is more of a traditional ThinkPad device in terms of looks. As ThinkPad X1 Yoga shifted to Aluminium body, this X1 Carbon still has the Carbon Fibre finish which is very common in ThinkPad line-up. But it has almost same specs. Like this one also has 14 inch display with options of Full HD IPS panel with touchscreen and 300 nits brightness, WQHD IPS panel with touchscreen and 300 nits brightness, and 4k IPS panel with HDR and 500 nits brightness. But it also has non-touchscreen Full HD panel with 400 nits brightness.
