LG provides OLED panels to Huawei

The Chinese brand Huawei will be getting Displays from LG as the Porsche Design Huawei Mate RD was the first Huawei device to get LG manufactured OLED display.

LG is supplying OLED displays to use in their Flagship Device Porsche Design Huawei Mate RS. The OLED from LOG is very famous, especially in the Television field. The company had also made a mark by creating Wallpaper OLED display which looks and works stunningly. The Huawei Mate RS has the under-glass fingerprint which is made possible with the help of Synaptics who has also supplied the same Under-Glass sensor in Vivo Apex.

LG will be selling the OLED panels only for the Porsche Design Mate RS which is expensive and only a limited stock to be produced. This is to test the LG products in the field of OLED panels. The partnership is very small as of now. By seeing the futuristic technology in the OLED panels LG may get offers from several smartphone manufacturers in future.
