The South Korean electronics brand LG is expected to launch its new flagship device called LG V40, and in last month the device was reported to feature ‘five cameras’ along with the notched display. Well, now we got a new information which says that the company will launch the device in the early days of October.
According to the source, the company is gearing up to launch the device during the time of IFA event and the sale will start in the domestic market in the early October. Moreover, the source also claims that the domestic launch will take place on October 5. Well, if this turns out true then LG is now in the mood to counter the third generation of Pixel devices, as Google launches its hardware around the same time.
Apart from the launching schedule, the source also reveals few specifications of the device. The source says that that the upcoming LG V40 will feature triple camera setup at the back and that will be in the combination of 20-megapixel, 16-megapixel (wide-angle lens), and 13-megapixel (telephoto lens). Furthermore, the device will come with the dual camera at the front that will enable 3D face recognition. Well, many of the information is in line with the previous leak.
