As we are inching closer to the official announcement of the Google Pixel 4 series, we are getting information about the devices of almost every department. We got the specification details, we got a glimpse of the new user interface, the applications which will be pre-installed in the devices, and more. Well, now we got a new piece of information which is another new feature that will debut with the upcoming Google flagship smartphones.
Thanks to the guys at XDA Developers, as they revealed that the search engine giant Google will launch the new Live Caption feature with the upcoming Google Pixel 4. The source also shared a video that demonstrates how the feature will work, we can see that there is is a toggle in the notification centre and the feature works only with the English language but we expect more languages will be added into the list. The feature is available in the Accessibility menu but we can also access it from the sound settings as well.
If you are unaware about the Live Caption feature, it was announced at the Google I/O event and it will be the native feature and this will provide captions for audio messages, videos, and more, across all installed applications. This will definitely help those who cannot able to hear.
