Apple chipset seems to be more powerful than the chipset which powers Android devices in some segments but now it seems that the scenario is going to change in the near future as we got a new piece of information which is suggesting that the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC is capable to outperform the Apple A16 Bionic in synthetic benchmarks.
It is reported that the upcoming Dimesnity 9200 mobile processor is managed to edge ahead of the chipset of Apple. It is said that the Dimensity 9200 mobile processor is managed to get a score of 328fps in the GFX 1080p Manhattan 3.0 off screen Test.
The chipset is also reported to scored 228 fps in Manhattan 3.1 off screen tests. Separately, Digital Chat Station also reveals some information about the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9200 and he says that the chipset might have a maximum clock speed of 3.05GHz and a base frequency of 2.85GHz.
The chipset will also arrive with the Mali G715 GPU, which brings a combined score of 1,266,102 on AnTuTu.
It is going to power many flagship smartphones next year and we need to wait for the official launching of the chipset.
