According to the latest information, the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9300 will be an octa-core CPU processor and the same will feature 8 CPU performance cores, and it will not come with CPU efficiency cores. The CPU core structure seems to be a 1+3+4 structure with 1 ARM Cortex X4 Prime core, 3 ARM Cortex X4 cores, and 4 ARM Cortex A720 cores.
It is also reported that the peak clock speed of the CPU is expected to break 3.25 GHz along with the latest ARM Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU for mobile processors. There is no information about the power efficiency of the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9300 flagship processor.
