The popular chipset maker MediaTek is reportedly planning to launch its next generation flagship mobile processor called the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 next month which means in November.
It is also said that the Chinese smartphone maker Vivo will be launching its upcoming Vivo X100 and X100 Pro smartphones next month and the devices will be the first line of smartphones powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9300 mobile processor. The third model of the smartphone series dubbed the X100 Pro+ will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile processor and the same is expected to be announced in the first quarter of next year.
The upcoming Dimensity 9300 mobile processor will come with a configuration of 1 x ARM Cortex-X4 prime core, 3 x Cortex-X4 cores, and 4 x Cortex-A720 cores, which will be offering an improved power efficiency compared to its predecessor. It is worth mentioning that the Cortex-X4 ultra-large core, based on Armv9 architecture, and the same can offer a 15 percent boost over the X3, it can also reduce energy consumption by 40 percent.
It is also expected that the Cortex-A720 will be the mainstream large core in the coming year, and it is also expected that the upcoming chipset can able to provide maximum clocking speeds of 3.25 GHz. The mobile processor will also come with ARM Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU for the graphical task.
