Xiaomi will unveil its latest and greatest flagship device called Mi 9 in a couple of days of time, and the company already teased the device multiple times through the Chinese social networking site. The company cannot able to calm down, as the company confirmed the SoC details of the device along with the few images of the upcoming flagship device.
Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun, confirmed the processor details on a post in the Chinese microblogging website Weibo post. He says that the upcoming Mi 9 will mark the world premiere of the Snapdragon 855, but that is not technically correct because Lenovo has already launched the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT smartphone with Snapdragon 855 in the last days of 2018.
That’s not all, Jun also teases the device with renders, he shared few images of the smartphone through Xiaomi’s official Weibo account. The renders show the rear side of the Xiaomi Mi 9 and it’s in pink-blue gradient finish. Earlier, the company had confirmed that they will implement a “nano-scale laser holography process, along with “double layer coating” to create the “holographic illusion” colours.
