Microsoft to acquire security firm Hexadite

Microsoft and its users are suffered a lot with the WannaCry Ransomware virus, and maybe that lead the tech giant to acquire security firm Hexadite. It is an Israeli start-up, which uses Artificial Intelligent to identify and protect against attacks.

 

 

According to the tech giant, it plans to integrate the Hexadite automated threat detection technology with the Microsoft’s own Windows defender. So, this is really great to have such an advanced security solution.

 

Exact terms of the deal are not available right now, but according to Techcrunch that the deal would be a whopping $100 million. Let’s wait to get more information about the deal.
