It is expected that the acquisition deal will be closed in fiscal year 2023 and once the deal closes, Microsoft will be adding all the games of Activision Blizzard to Xbox Game Pass which includes titles like Warcraft, Diablo, Overwatch, Call of Duty, and Candy Crush.
