Microsoft is ending an era.
Internet Explorer available for around 25 years and many of us may use the internet browser for the first time in our life to connect with the world. Jay developers of the internet browser gearing up to kill and the retirement date officially confirmed.
Microsoft has officially confirmed that it will shut down Internet Explorer next year and June 15 will be the date for the same. The company is actually ending an era as the browser served for many years on the platform and it also helped a couple of generations to explore the possibilities of the internet and also to connect with the world.
But the arrival of the more advanced internet browsers and the developers of the Internet Explorer didn’t find the time to improve the performance and ability made the reason of losing its popularity.
It is also confirmed that the company will stop the support of the Internet Explorer for Microsoft 365 and other Applications by August this year.
Having said that, the company was trying to kill Internet Explorer since the arrival of Microsoft Edge in 2015 and the same was introduced with Windows 10 operating system and the company was asking to the users to upgrade from Internet Explorer to the new Microsoft web browser. The company also ended the Teams web last year for the retiring internet browser.
