It is confirmed that the company has closed the deal with Nuance Communications Inc. for $56 per share, and the total deal is valued at $19.7 billion and includes Nuance’s net debt.
Microsoft is now proud to have the company which is a leader in cloud and AI software and the same has experience in healthcare and enterprise AI. It is worth mentioning that the Nuance’s products include Dragon Ambient eXperience, Dragon Medical One, and PowerScribe One for radiology reporting. It is also said that 77% of its products are in hospitals in the United States.
