Microsoft Introduces “Your Phone” App To Reduce Gap Between Windows And Android

The tech giant Microsoft bringing many new applications to the Google Play Store and the company wants to reduce the gap between the Windows and Android devices, as the company already giving service to mirror the smartphone notification to the computer through its virtual assistant. Well, now it seems that Microsoft planning something deeply, as the company has introduced a new app called “Your Phone”.

The all new Your Phone will allow Windows users to instantly access the media files which are taken from their Android device on their PC. Having said that, the feature is introduced for the Windows 10 insider preview build 17728. Which means the tech giants Microsoft is currently testing this feature.

That said, the company first unveiled the app back in May at the build developer conference and it is expected to roll out with the Microsoft Next Windows 10 update and it is expected to available by October this year. Furthermore, the “Your Phone” app will be compatible with Android 7.0 and above. Microsoft is also planning to bring this one feature to the iOS platform as well.
