The tech giant Microsoft developing apps for iOS, and the company already has few number of awesome apps for various purposes. Now the company has added another app called Seeing AI, which helps people in seeing things. The company says that the app is a research project which help people with the weak eyesight.
The app uses rear camera of the device along with artificial intelligence, to identify objects, photographs, documents or even product and relates those things to audio for the user in real time.
The app can be used to scan a document and it will identify the main elements of that particular document, it can also identify saved contacts and when you pointed it the app will say you the name as well as identify the gender and emotions as well. You can also point the app to a barcode or a product and it will describe the things from the barcode, you can watch the demonstrated video by the Microsoft.
In my personal opinion the app will be very handy for those who suffers with low eyesight, as it can describe you each and everything in front of a visually impaired. So, if you know anyone who suffers with low eyesight then help them by downloading this app on their device.
