Last week, the entire world faced a massive problem as the Windows operating system powered computers created a loop of restarting and the same was due to an update on CrowdStrike which is a security setup for Windows powered computers. All the industries of the world are affected by this particular problem and now Microsoft has released a new recovery tool for those affected computers.
The new tool will make things easy to patch the update of CrowdStrik and it will automatically delete the CrowdStrike related files from the computer using a bootable USB drive. The new tool of Microsoft is capable to fix the problem in two ways.
first, the tool uses WinPE, and the second way is by using Safe Mode. It is worth mentioning that both ways require creating an external boot drive to create a quick OS repair file and the same will directly patch the CrowdStrike files in Windows. You can download the newly introduced tool of Microsoft from the official support page.
It is worth mentioning that the WinPE method would be perfect for those who don’t have access to admin privileges. The Safe Mode method will work across all devices with admin access. The company has also released multiple sets of guidelines on its official website.
