The security issue also enables attackers to create new accounts with full user rights.
This problem was discovered in all the Windows versions and that’s why Microsoft is rolling out the latest security patch to all major Windows versions and that includes Windows 7 to Windows 10. Windows Server users will also receive a new security update to fix the critical issue.
