Bill Gates owned Microsoft has shared more details regarding the Xbox and its gaming division. The company has informed that it is currently working on making Xbox game streaming device a reality and will bring Xbox Game Pass to smart TVs.
According to the press release from Microsoft, the Game Pass will debut in smart TVs made by several leading manufacturers. When this becomes a reality to play Xbox games all one need is an Xbox compatible game controller and a streaming device from Microsoft. In order to facilitate this, the Xbox team is working on a streaming device that can be connected to the TV to load Xbox games. It will be a device similar to Amazon Firestick or Roku. The document also says, “devices” meaning there could be more than one streaming device coming from the Xbox team.
The gaming service will soon debut in Australia, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan with more subscription plans to encourage adoption. Game Pass is also getting an update to ensure faster loading time and frame rates. This will be done by upgrading the data centres dedicated to Xbox. Game Pass will get new first-party titles at a rate of one game per quarter that belong to the genre of hooters, strategy, adventures, and so on. The Xbox team is expected to announce new titles this Sunday during the Xbox and Bethesda Games showcase.
Finally, Microsoft is also working on a cloud gaming service that would be available to PC users enabling them to try out the game even before downloading it. This will be rolled out first to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers first in the coming weeks. Thus users will be able to play games on web browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Safari.

Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
