Along with the Moto G8 Plus, Motorola has launched the Moto G8 Play and Moto E6 Play, both the smartphones launched at an event in Brazil and the devices comes with HD+ Max Vision Displays. So, let’s check out the specifications, pricing, and availability details of both the devices.
Moto G8 Play
The smartphone features a 6.2-inch Max Vision HD+ display. It is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P70M processor and paired with 2GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 32GB of internal storage and that can be expandable up to 512GB via MicroSD card.
Moving to the camera department, the smartphone rocks triple rear cameras and that is in the combination of a 13-megapixel primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture followed by an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-angle f/2.2 aperture along with a 117-degree of a field of view (FoV), and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. Upfront, the smartphone features an 8-megapixel. The smartphone also supports the fingerprint scanner for the additional layer of security.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone runs on Android 9 and ships on 4,000 mAh battery.
The smartphone is priced at BRL 1,099 and the smartphone is currently available in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and Peru.
Moto E6 Play
It sports 5.5 inch HD+ Max Vision display with 1440 x 720 pixels resolution along with an 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor and paired with 2GB RAM. In terms of storage, the smartphone supports 32GB internal storage and that can be expandable upto 256GB via MicroSD card.
Moving to the camera department, the Moto E6 Play rocks a single 13-megapixel camera on the back with an f/2.2 lens and an LED flash. The smartphone also features a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front with f/2.2 aperture. The smartphone also supports the fingerprint scanner.
Regarding the connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G LTE support, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm headphone jack, Micro USB, and GPS. The smartphone runs on Android 9, and the device is backed on a 3,000 mAh battery.
It is priced at EUR 108 and is currently available in Brazil and Mexico.
