2017 is going to give something to cheer even before the kick off, as Nokia is all set to re-enter the smartphone industry. As Nokia handset was the first used by many of us, the excitement of us is uncontrollable since the re-entry news out.

Nokia’s presentation delivered at the company’s capital markets day confirms the ‘Return of Nokia Brand in smartphone in 2017’. Company tweeted that it’s CEO Rajeev Suri will deliver a speech on keynotes of Nokia in MWC 2017. So it looks like Nokia brand is going to return in the smartphone industry in February 2017.
There is no official statement, that they will release a smartphone in MWC 2017, but as looking at the smartphone’s focus in MWC & Rajeev Suri’s keynote, it’s likely to be assumed that Nokia’s comeback in smartphone market will be held at MWC. As some people knows but many don’t, Nokia is not manufacturing or selling their phones directly, they are just giving their Brand’s name rights to HMD. So it will be interesting to see that will HMD will bring back that durable build, class & an insane battery life to the new smartphones just like there previous phones.
