Nothing will launch its first smartphone dubbed Nothing Phone 1 on July 12 and recently the pre-booking details tipped and the device has already been confirmed to be available in India via Flipkart. The company has officially teased the upcoming Nothing Phone 1 which confirms a flat-edged design along with the silver-colored frame and the same is having rounded corners. Some portion of the back panel is also visible and suggests that the upcoming device will feature a metallic build. It is having a camera setup that is placed in a vertical orientation at the top left corner of the device.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Nothing Phone 1 smartphone will feature a 6.55-inch display along with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It is also reported that the smartphone will have “No chin” which indicates super-slim bottom bezels across the display. It is also believed that the device will support a 90Hz or a 120Hz refresh rate.
The upcoming Nothing Phone 1 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 mobile processor along with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage.
Nothing previously confirmed that the device will run the Nothing OS based on Android 12 out of the box and the device will receive 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security updates. It is also reported that the device will support 45W fast charging support.
It is also reported that the device will be official on July 21 and the same will have a price tag under €500. The company has also confirmed that the device will be available in India via Flipkart.
