Nothing has officially introduced the new limited edition model dubbed the Nothing Phone 2a Plus Community Edition and the device comes with a unique glow-in-the-dark design. The device also comes with user-inspired features and other the device is available in only 1,000 units.

It is said that the smartphone brand has collaborated with users from 47 countries to gather over 900 design and feature ideas. The back panel is the most highlighting element of the device and the new Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition comes with glow-in-the-dark material and the same also comes with practical applications that will enable users to easily locate their phone in the dark or you can use the glow as a way to provide a signal as well.
The Nothing Phone 2a Community Edition also comes with 6 pre-loaded custom wallpapers and the same are created by the community. IT houses the transparent casing and the wallpapers reflect Nothing’s signature style that offers a look at the technical elements of the device as well.
Speaking about the packaging of the device, it is also reflecting the theme of the company with a 3D rendering of the glowing phone and subtle reflective accents. The device has the core specifications of the original Phone 2a Plus.
The latest Nothing Phone 2a Plus Community Edition sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ flexible OLED AMOLED display with 2412×1084 pixels resolution and an adaptive refresh rate from 30-120Hz. The device also features a touch sampling rate of 240Hz and 2160Hz PWM dimming. It also comes with HDR10+ and a 10-bit color depth. The device also comes with brightness levels of 700 nits typically, up to 1100 nits outdoors, and peaks at 1300 nits, the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
It has the power of a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro mobile processor along with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, the device runs on Android 14 with the Nothing OS 2.6 on top.
The device also features a 50MP Samsung GN9 main camera with a 1/1.57″ sensor, f/1.88 aperture, and OIS, along with a 50MP 114° Samsung JN1 ultra-wide camera with a 1/2.76″ sensor and f/2.2 aperture that is capable of capturing 4K video at up to 30fps. It also comes with a 50MP Samsung JN1 with a 1/2.76″ sensor on the front, f/2.4 aperture, and 4K recording at up to 30fps.
It also comes with an in-display optical fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C audio, and stereo speakers. The device is housing a large 5000mAh battery along with 50W wired charging. Regarding the pricing and availability, the device has a price tag of ₹29,999. It will be available from November 12 through Flipkart.
