Quick Share is the major upgrade over Nearby Share feature on Android devices by the Mountain View company Google and the company has enhanced capability. Now the Quick Share can be able to share files even if the connection breaks. The Quick Share feature will be using mobile data or Wi-Fi to transfer files if direct connection between two devices fails. Google is expected to release this feature in the coming weeks. If you are not aware then Google’s Quick Share feature uses Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth to connect two Android devices and share your files wirelessly. Till now, if the connection breaks then the file transferring will be failed but the latest update of Google Play Services version 25.04 gets a new capability that will ensure a smooth transferring via Quick Share. It will be using mobile data or Wi-Fi even if the two devices lose direct connection.
Google is expected to release the feature in the coming weeks and Google has also announced updates to its Family Link feature. The latest update of the feature will be making things easy to manage a family group by adding a new Family Link option in the Google Settings option. Google is also enhancing the user interface within Google Play Store.
