According to Li Jie, the upcoming OnePlus 12 will be the world’s first flagship smartphone to feature a new Lytia camera sensor in collaboration with the Japanese electronics giant Sony. The latest camera sensor combine the advanced algorithms, can result in an unparalleled photography experience. It is also confirmed that the device’s primary camera outperforms all others in its category.
It is expected that the upcoming OnePlus 12 flagship smartphone will feature the LYT-T808 primary camera along with a 48-megapixel Sony IMX581 ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera, which may offer up to 5x optical zoom.
The OnePlus 12 is also believed to come with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It will run on the latest Android 14 operating system out of the box.
