Furthermore, the company gives the guarantee that in the service centers, customers will get 1-hour turnaround time (TAT) for the majority of the issues. Well, this is very much convenient for all the people in their busy schedule of life and this will help them to get rid of the problem very quickly.
Having said that, OnePlus take care of its customers with the lots of facilities in the newly opened service centers. As you can able to use the high-speed internet when you visit the service center and there is also a VIP zone along with the gaming room that has PlayStation 4, which means the one hour time which the company takes to repair your device can be turned out the fun-filled hour with all these facilities.
Location of the Service Centers
The service center in Bangalore is located at Brigade Road, the service center in Hyderabad is located in Manjeera Mall, and, the service center in Hyderabad is located in T Nagar.
What are the timings
The newly opened service centers will be opened every day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Well, with these three service centers now the company has a total of 15 exclusive service centers across the country. And the company is planning to open a total of 25 explosive service centers in the country before the end of this year.
