The Chinese brand OnePlus does not require any introduction, as the company is now ruling the premium smartphone segment in the Indian market. Having said that, the company is not only restricted in the smartphone, as OnePlus makes other products such as wired OnePlus Bullets (V2) earphones and the wireless OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones. Well, now the company is all set to expand its range and gearing to enter into a new segment.
Pete Lau, CEO of OnePlus has announced that the company is planning to enter into the Smart TV segment. He also said that the company has taken the first step to develop the company’s first Smart TV, and that will be dubbed as OnePlus TV. Lau hasn’t shared any other information about its upcoming TV, however, he did say that the company will make use of the Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Well, this is really a great news for all the lovers of Smart TV, as we know that the OnePlus offers really awesome Smartphones for an affordable price tag and we hope that the company will follow the same legacy in its new range of products. As we said above, the company hasn’t revealed much information, and we don’t know what the company is actually working at this point of time.
