Back in last year, we came across a report which said the popular smartphone brand OnePlus will step into the television segment and launch its first TV in 2020. Moreover, Pete Lau, CEO of the company also said that India will be one of the first markets to get the new TV from OnePlus.
Well, now we have more clarity on the same. OnePlus India’s General Momager, Vikas Agarwal stated that “OnePlus TV is our next focus for the Indian market,”.
Apart from this, there is no other information has been revealed yet. However, we can expect that the company will give a head to head competition with Xiaomi Mi TV. Xiaomi unveils its LED TV’s at the very affordable price tag, and if OnePlus follow the same strategy, then we can see new competition in the television market.
We can also expect that OnePlus will deliver very good quality products and it will also come with advanced features and specifications. As of now, we don’t have any other information.
