In a bid to capture more of the Chinese market share Oppo Launched Oppo Find X3 Neo and X3 Lite to cater for the upper mid-category and budget flagship category of smartphones respectively, along with the Find X3 Series. The Find X3 Neo is powered by the previous generation Qualcomm flagship chipset and the Find X3 Lite is powered by mid-range Snapdragon 7-Series SoC. It is noteworthy that the Find X3 Lite is a rebranded version of Oppo Reno5 5G. Let us check out the detailed specifications of both smartphones.
Oppo Find X3 Neo Specifications
The smartphone features a curved 6.5-inch AMOLED QHD+ display with support of a 90Hz refresh rate, along with a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It also supports a punch hole set up at the top left corner of the screen and the same also supports HDR10 playback. It is powered by Snapdragon 865 chipset in a combination of memory configurations with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. For security, the smartphone supports an in-display fingerprint scanner for the additional layer of security.
Moving to the photography department, the latest Oppo Find X3 Neo rocks a quad rear camera setup and the primary sensor is the same one found on the Pro variant. The primary camera is the Sony IMX766 sensors with a 50MP resolution. It has a 1/1.56-inch sensor and supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilisation). It also supports Sony’s DOL-HDR, All-Pixel Omni-Directional PDAF. Next, we have a 16MP ultrawide-angle sensor in combinations with a 13MP telephoto camera and finally a 2MP macro shooter. The front camera inside the punch hole is 32MP resolution.
It packs a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 charging. It runs ColorOS 11.2 based on Android 11. The Oppo Find X3 is available in Starlight Black and Galactic Silver colours. It will be sold for £699 (~€815/$975) from April 14. As you might have guessed it is made with the international market in mind.
Oppo Find X3 Lite
It features a 6.4-inch OLED Full HD+ Display along with 90 Hz along and 180Hz touch sampling rate. It has a single punch hole for the selfie camera on the top-left corner. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC. It will be paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
Coming to the optics, Oppo Find X3 Lite features a quad camera setup that begins with a 64MP primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, tagged along with an 8MP ultrawide angle camera that has an f/2.2 aperture. The company has also included two 2MP camera modules to get the rear camera count to four. A selfie camera is a 32MP unit that carrier a lens with an f/.2.4 aperture.
Regarding the connectivity options, it packs Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and NFC. The smartphone comes equipped with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology and top-ups the 4,300 mAh battery in under 40 minutes. Like the latest Oppo smartphones, it is based on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 on top. It also comes with face unlock and an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security.
The Oppo Find X3 Lite comes in Galactic Silver, Starry Black and Astral Blue gradient. It will go on sale with a price tag of £399 (~€465/$560).
